Stillness

Today, our world is full of chatters and clatters, barely any silence. With technology we are always reachable

which means conflicts and updates are never far away.

Flawed to the extent of being overfed, undernourished, overstimulated, overscheduled and lonely. We are

subconsciously getting affected by the dysfunctions of our time.

When we throw ourselves out in nature, we tap into this beautiful energy of oneness. All we need, is not to be

upgraded so often and once in a while to just exist.

We need the absence of movement to connect with our higher selves. This lack of distraction unlocks the

insights of genius and allows us to understand them.

Just looking at trees makes one still. We have so much to learn from their tendency to remain still, yet,

intensely alive. They exist as if existing were the greatest form of activity.

Within nature, there is a wealth of interest and intrigue. It makes space for gratitude and wonder. Allows us to

persevere and be unperturbed by the frivolous worldly matters.

For what reason do we have to be so bothered by our petty little lives? When these trees have been subject to

all manner of abuse and disharmony. And their one single response to it all is simply to remain still.

Regardless of the circumstance, no matter the emotion, be still.

Through this stillness, we feel what needs to be felt.
