When we are going through a transitional chapter, we get chanced upon profuse emotions.

There are tough emotions that cause discomfort. They show us that we need to befriend them and

sit with them, as disturbing a caterpillar inside its cocoon risks botching the transformation.

We start by experiencing life, hugging the surface of our reality and minimally exploring the

world around us.

In this gradual process, we eventually realize that the old cycle has reached its finale and what

we have been all this while isn’t serving us anymore. Right at this point, we break free from our

conditioning and begin to resurface our being. This is where the process of unlearning and relearning

comes in to play. The power inside us comes to light, we start to get familiar with it.

The obstacles that we overcome during the process are a training ground to prepare us for

embodying our soul’s purpose. We need to go through those life changing lessons and ingest all the

experiences they expose us to because they give us the confidence, the resilience and the voice to

experience contrast.

By the end of it all, it comes down to this one beautiful thing, “if you are free, you have to free

somebody else, if you have some power, you must empower somebody else.”
